In choosing a single word to describe my feelings towards my roommate, Mark, overwhelmingly the word is; disappointed!

In question, whether or not Mark is a man of his word and has the drive to get back on his feet and become a responsible contributor to society. As of today, he has caused me to pause and ponder if perhaps I made an unsound judgment call.
