Sitting on the shore, listening to the roar of the ocean, and watching the caps crash onshore is a spiritually cleansing experience. When I know I'm heading towards a downward spiral it is my go-to therapy. Enjoy the sound.

This summer I got a lot of compliments about my hummingbirds. The only thing, unlike the picture the birds were not as distinquishable as I would've liked. Nonetheless, they were fun. Now that the summer season is over and the birds stopped changing colors they are now resting in some recycling plant.

Driving South on the NJ Pkwy., the afternoon I was discharged from Cape Regional Medical Center.

I was admitted for an infection I got from my annual bladder scope for cancer where a tumor was found. I will have it removed first thing next month. Cancer! Not something you wanna hear, especially since I've already gone through chemo that kicked my ass. Thinking about the possibility of round two causes me to pause. Round one was bad enough!
