Know what, this mess between me and my buddy is consuming way to much energy. I did him wrong and all I can do is never again repeat what I did ... EVER! But to continually dwell on it is not going to solve the problem.

Yes, writing about it helped me to release emotional pressure. But here we are ... What's done is done! Can't change it ... can only change the future.

Yes, I love the man, very much so. This will not change! ... my love is Forever and A Day! But it's time to let this mess go, forgive myself, forgive him, move forward and hope that he will be there in my life in the future. If not, then I just have to let it be ... let him be.

Sadly, there is no winners here. We both did each other wrong. We both lost! However, Kathy's well worded comment on my blog yesterday puts this whole mess into perspective; "IF LOVE DOES NOT CONQUER THEN THERE WAS NO LOVE!". I hope she's right!
