Why is it up to the United States and the UK to stop ISIS? Where's the rest of the world, those rich Arab country's that sit back on their fat ass laurels and do nothing in stopping these religious thugs. It's time for ALL country's to step up to the plate and join together to stop these rabid dogs. Otherwise, ISIS will continue to spread it's horrific tentacles of terror.
