Same-sex
marriage is by all definition legal and protected under the
Constitution. Therefore, since marriage licenses are required, those who
serve under the law took an oath to uphold the law, thus is required by
law to grant a marriage license.
Like I've always said, if you don't
agree or can't perform your job ... Move on!
