Romans 13:1 - "Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established."
Don't know what candy store you are drooling in, but when it comes to a higher power telling you to do your job, you shun your God to prove what? ... That you're right and God is wrong?
With much of the evidence in, if nothing else, it proves that you are following a much different god, and your hypocrisy does not stand up to a much better God most of us believe in.
Your grandstanding and fifteen minutes of fame ... enjoy it! But on judgement day will you be able to grandstand God, and cheery pick your way into His grace and eternal peace? Guess we'll see.
