This past week J'me and I have been busy going in and out of doctors offices ... all having to with my lower back. 

Today I started physical therapy doing streaches. In two weeks I'll start getting steroid injections.

I have to be honest. Just the thought of a needle going into my spine freaks me out. I loth needles, thus I'm not really looking forward to this procedure. But, I've gotta give this one more chance. And, yes, I requested to be sedated.

Once home and for the remainder of the day and evening, I've been in pain, as well as having sharp crippling pain shoot down both legs.
