because he is now incarcerated.

There's no chance I'll ever get paid back.
He is headed back to hard-time.

Sentenced for giving false information to law enforcement
Fine: $400.00

Pending Charges
Receiving stolen goods more than $2,000.00, less than $10,000.00
Failure to return rented objects under $2000.00

Since Mark was released on early parole the possibility of him
being returned to prison to serve out his full sentence, plus, is very likely.

The more I learn about this man I'm glad he no longer lives with me.
Nonetheless, I do feel sorry for him and hope that he will turn his life around.
