"D" day!! This weekly journey is about over. Next phase, closure! Like it or not, sometimes you gotta do what's right.

This past week was side affects free for which I've been grateful! Today will be my last weekly chemo treatment after which I will wait 12 weeks then return to heave another cystoscopy to see how these treatments have worked ... hopefully there will be NO cancer. Should there be no cancer then I will enter into a maintenance phase. Anyway, I'm grateful that this part of my journey is about over.

As for my next phase, well, all I can say at this time is that I have come to a point where I need to make a change in my personal life. Yeah, my journey with bladder cancer has opened my eyes to the fact that life is all to precious to waste .... As much as I hate the thought, I've gotta do what's right.
