On a scale of 1 to 10 — 10 being the worst, my pain level was about a 2.5 to 3 … Thank God! At least I was able to function. Course, the back brace helped too. Nonetheless, I'm ready for some pain free days ... this episode really kicked my ass!
Today I got out and did some gardening … pulling weeds, mowing my back yard, and planting some new annuals: Purslane, Mexican Heather, Impatiens, and Lantana. And in the process I got some color. Now all I have to do is even it out over the rest of my body. I’m telling you, this white boy be white as a ghost, so it’s time to lay out. And this weekend is slated to be warm and sunny … perfect for some sun worshiping.
