I should practice what I preach!
We all give to each other in a manor that is comfortable and safe. To expect otherwise is wrong. Therefore, I am eating humble pie!
I was wrong to expect my buddy to meet me on the same level as I. Though I may disagree, he has his reasons for how he is and how he does what he does. For me to expect otherwise is unfair. If I am truly his Friend, then I must compromise and meet him on his level rather than expecting him to compromise and meet me on mine. This is where I've gone wrong and must change. We must let our Friends be who they are without unreasonable expectations and in doing so they will give back in measures unthinkable.
In a nutshell and on a positive note, I must learn and come to where I let him be.

i have read all you latest posting and with this one i agree with you to a point. the only place we won't see eye to eye is that you have given him such control over you so you had no choice but to let him be and that is where you went wrong. as for your blow out who in hell don't have them and say things they regret? shit this happens all the time. yes you were having a bad day. he just pushed the wrong button on that bad day. to your buddy all i can say is get over yourself already. you probably will not find a better person in your life than you got even though he may be a bitch from time to time.
