Two years ago I was involved in a rear end collision. My Ford Focus hit the backside of a Ford Truck. My car sustained substantial damage. The truck, barely a dent.
As for injuries, if I remember correctly, an elderly lady (a front seat passenger) and two small children (jumping around in the back seat) were taken to the hospital. The other child and the driver were not injured and refused medical care. As for me, I was not hurt, bruised perhaps, but I was fine. We exchanged insurance information, I received a ticket for failure to stop. When all was said and done, we all went our merry way.
Well, yesterday I was informed that the driver of the truck refused to settle with my insurance company and that she is suing me for $50,000.00. for pain and suffering, not only for herself, but for her three children whom she is claiming suffered physiological damage. HUH!?!?! Excuse me???? I was further informed that I will need to higher an attorney.
I tell ya!, WTF am I going to do should I have to fork over $50,000.00? This will certainly ruin me financially and personally … y-e-a-h, to say the least, I’m not a happy camper!

In other matters, another insensitive and disgruntled individual is trying to stir up problems between me and my buddy. This is nothing new ... we've been down this road before. Nonetheless, no need to worry about this. The truth is on our side and his accusations are without merit.
Sad that there are people who have all the time in the world to meddle into someone else's life rather than taking care of their own. Simply put, this guy must be a very lonely individual.

She won't win.. She's waited 2 years.. The judge will not find her credible because she waited so long.. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.. She's looking for a handout..
