A short follow up to my Horry Electric encounter.

Instead of going to pay my bill at the local office, which is conveniently minutes from my home, I decided to go to the main branch located in Conway. I have to say, what a difference!

Upon entering I was greeted with a friendly smile. When talking to the clerk she made me feel valued and appreciated. And upon paying my bill it was accepted with a smile and a heartfelt thank you. Wow! I was certainly impressed.

Now I understand everybody has bad days, but to the degree by which I was treated by my local branch … totally unacceptable! I will never do business with them again. Instead, I will go out of my way to pay my bill where my hard earned dollars are appreciated and I as a customer is valued.
