When I count my blessings there are many for which I am grateful. But most of all, today, I am excited to be alive and feeling great.

Today was a warm, breezy, beautiful spring day! Being a part of it and able to enjoy it was awesome. And my buddy, friend George, and co-work friend, Nina added to the enjoyment.

It was a good day!
