Though I didn't do much decorating or partying ... mostly due to working long hours, I truly had a really GREAT Christmas. Would have to say it was the third best in four years!

The first was back in 2006 when my buddy and I meet. That Christmas was magical! The following year was equally GREAT! However, the worst, 2008 ... towards the end of the year I was laid off, my car gave out, and for the next year life was lived on the edge of uncertainty. But with help from God, family and friends Christmas 2009 was refreshingly upbeat ... the gift that year, my position with Kmart. I tell ya, that was the best Christmas gift I've ever received. Since, life has drastically turned around and this Christmas it was a joy to be at peace with myself, life and the season.  

Between making handmade gifts, shopping, baking, being with my buddy on Christmas Eve, friends and family ... WOW! Actually, it was PRICELESS! Being home for Christmas was all it was supposed to be ... Happy, Memorable and Peaceful. Yup, it was an AWESOME Christmas!

Now that Christmas is over, I have to be honest ... I'm freaking exhausted! But pleasantly so.
