This Year’s Motto Was

“Think what I say … Say what I think”

This Motto has helped me to improve my communication skills, no matter the situation. In other wards, it has forced me to think things through before I speak or spout … Kind of like, if you count backwards from ten to one, by time you reach one it will have cooled you down sort of thing. Trust me, it works ... at least it did for me! Anyway, I can’t say that I was always successful. I've had a few moments that were not, lets say, wholesome. But in following this motto it has helped me to be more thoughtful and respectful of myself and others. It has also helped me in the way I perform my job. All in all, I count this to be a successful adventure in fine tuning my thought process and I will continue this process for the remainder of my life.
