Spent Monday with Steven. If I had to describe the day the only word that comes to mind ... Interesting!. Nonetheless, spending time with him, as little has it is, was good … Yeah, it's a given, I always enjoy hanging out with him.

Last night I tripped over Sumo and feel landing on my right knee ... damn it hurt! Today my lower back, right hip and kneecap hurts like hell making it rather difficult to walk.

O yeah, as for my dentist follow up … all is well with my gums! :-) Solid foods, here I come … LOL
