Music is a very important part of my life … my favorites are; Classical, Country, Jazz, and Gospel.

When it comes to Gospel music, I’m still pretty much a traditionalist … I love the old hymns. Thus I’ve pretty much shied away from contemporary Christian music cause, in my opinion, much of it was a bit to racy for me ... plus, I hate most rap music. However, recently, well, actually for the past six months, I’ve been listening to a contemporary Christian station which I accidentally came across while surfing the radio and I have to admit that I’ve come to really enjoy and appreciate its format and music choices. If you haven’t listened to it, tune in!

Much of the music aired has given me a new appreciation outside of my comfort zone for contemporary Christian music. And in listening to the station I’ve fallen in love with some of the music played … such as “City On Our Knees” by Toby Mac. Below is his song which I absolutely enjoy … the song speaks to me.
