Good Friday
Twas a good day to be sure. Outside it was windy, but warm … a typical spring day.
Bought some new plants for the yard yesterday and got those planted. Also, freshened up my house and porch plants with some new soil. I still want to get three rose bushes for the front of my house, and I’d like to get a Japanese Maple tree for my back yard. As to planting flowers, I’m not sure if I really want to this year. It gets so hot here during the summer that having to spend a lot of time outside tending to flower beds just doesn’t seem all that appealing to me. Anyway, who knows. If something catches my eye I just might give in.
Well, here it is another Easter holiday. To all of my local and distant friends, I want to wish each one of you a very Blessed and Happy Easter. I trust that the spirit of the season will fill each of your lives in a very special way.
Last but not least, to my friend Robyn. Dang it! Get well soon!?!
